Parking facilities were adequate in terms of capacity and accessibility; however, the addition of shaded or covered parking infrastructure would provide better vehicle protection and elevate the service standard. Guest rooms were well-maintained, demonstrating acceptable cleanliness and housekeeping quality. Staff interactions were professional and courteous, reflecting positively on service delivery. That said, the washroom facilities fall below modern comfort benchmarks. Upgrades are recommended, including the provision of essential personal care amenities such as shaving kits and improved fixture ergonomics. "Parking was easy, room was clean just small and couldn’t fit much in refrigerator. We stayed 4 days and no breakfast was included "

"The room was clean and spacious. There was a gas fireplace, which was a nice touch. We couldn't figure out how to work the heat but it was OK. The breakfast was decent. The staff were really nice. We brought our dog, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The one complaint I have is that the lobby smelled like cigarettes and the elevator and hallways smelled like rotten eggs. Otherwise, would definitely recommend."
