"We had a lovely trip, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were helpful and kind. Our only downside was the pool was not well maintained. There were no towels and used bandaids on the deck. Also too many chemicals used. We got back to our room and showered and STILL smelled like pool the next day. "

"The views for the fallsview room was great, the room had a good amount of space, but the hot water wasn't working during our stay. Water is also $5/bottle if you're not part of their loyalty program and the parking is a bit of a walk. The location is great if you plan on hanging out around the fallsview area."

"When I arrived I was told my reservation was transferred to the Hilton which worked to my advantage because I was going to a concert at the OLG stage that is connected to the Hilton So I didn’t have to go out into the cold. The Hilton was wonderful clean and convenient."

"Room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable bed and pillows. One downside was the room would not cool down past 73 degrees. It was hot and made for pretty uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Would like to stay again but they need to get the air figured out. "

"The IHOP that’s in the build is alittle pricey and they do give you coupons to use there, but only if you get two adult entrées. "
