My only complaint would be the street noise but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s a great location for restaurants, subway access, shopping. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Toronto. "

"To start this hotel is extraordinary, the location is key if you want to explore Chicago. There is a Starbucks conveniently located outside and the grocery store across the street as well as multiple restaurants down the block. I would definitely rebook and consider this hotel as my first pick any other trip to Chicago. Personally I love pool activities and it seems dislocation many of the guests go out and so the pool is pretty private if you say so."
