"The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but it is excellent. Very helpful staff, we had an issue with the aircon being noisy in our room, so they moved us to a better room no problem. Great location, College subway station is 10 mins walk, great big comfy bed, good internet, good shower and an excellent breakfast, it really is in my top 3 breakfasts of hotels and the staff at breakfast were excellent. So overall a top hotel and reasonably priced for Toronto. Top tip eat at Frans Restaurant just down the road for an excellent Canadian diner experience, we recommend the strawberry milkshake."

"Everything was good but the strike by the employees caused a huge delay in checkin, they have blocked all the entries to the resort and sending out each vehicle at 15 min interval and that caused huge mess in whole programme. So disappointing."
