「We loved our 1 night stay here. The pods are almost new, super comfortable and pretty. The shared toilet facilities were super clean, there were enough to be shared so no need to wait. Location is great, very close to York City Centre and we were lucky to have nice neighbours in the pods around. Highly recommend it」

「We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York! 」

「This is an amazing spot. My family of 5 had everything we needed. I love that it was so close to city center but easily accessible. There is a pub next door that plays music a little late so if you like to go to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If we are ever in the area we will be back!」

「My husband & I stayed 4 days.The apartment was spotless.Beds very comfortable.Small park opposite so not overlooked.Kitchen well equipped although a few dishwasher tablets would’ve been welcome.Nice to have some tea bags/coffee/ sugar & milk very welcome on arrival.The lift goes straight into the apartment.For us an elderly couple it was appreciated although bear in mind there are a number of steps up to the front door,there is a hand rail.The Cliff Railway is at the bottom of the road.Easy...

「Everything expected and more for a short break in York. Wonderfully appointed location, few minutes walking and ypu are in the heart of historic York. Serenity Inn the City matched tge description and photographs posted, excellent communication from the owner. 」

「This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back 」

「The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough 」
