「有一個胖女人，服務態度超級差. 房間也很小. 一點不像4星酒店. One of staff ‘s attitude is very bad , room is very small, do not like 4star hotel.」

「The room is big, and it has everything you need for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to supermarkets, easy to buy groceries for your trip. However, it is slightly far from the high street. It takes some time to walk to the city centre, especially during rain.」

「The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. 」

「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...

「Clean and tidy. Good to have self-cook facilities but with limited utensils. No hair dryer is a trouble to me. A bonus is that the steam train will pass by & you can have a close look.」

「This lodging was great. The room was a decent size even with 4 bags of luggage. Host is great. The breakfast she offers is REALLY great. Offered laundry service which was helpful after 2 weeks in country and one more remaining. The house is great and the garden is beautiful. Great view of Loch Linnhe from the front. Short walk to town and restaurants.」

「The property was nice and clean. It is not a stand alone property. It's in a building with other commercial space and there are 2 separate entries, depending on your unit #. Otherwise, no issues.」

「The property as a whole far exceeded our expectations. I SO wish we would have planned to stay longer! It's even more beautiful than in the photos. Highly recommend staying here as an adventure base, but also be sure to build in some time to just sit and relax in your gorgeous room or the living room, with the beautiful views and a book + tea or coffee.」
