"Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it apart. I could not more highly recommend."

"Lovely refurbished property in Fort William, about 5 blocks from train station. We walked at 70 years old pulling a bag. Hotel has a super clean room with luxury bed linens and towels. Bathroom is spacious. The restaurant is top notch but you need to make reservations for dinner. Beautiful setting and the food is delicious. We had a lovely breakfast. I would highly recommend!"
