「I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.」

「good: lobby is very artistic bad: takes very long time to wait for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. wifi is week in room. 」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」
