「Elevator and guest hallways smelled of something rotting or stale. Room was damp and stains all over the ceiling. For what I had paid for the room, I could have easily found a better location. Disappointing.」

「My stay was for a smoker room and they put me in a non smoking room. So right away I was not impressed. Still charging me a smoker room rate, $100 more!!! My stay was from Friday to Monday Upon checkout they tried to charge me more for the day of checkout Monday」

「The room wasn’t what I had booked and the word suite at this hotel is if you get a couch. The staff was very nice and helpful and did give up a refund for the other 3 nights I had booked so we could stay somewhere that fit our needs.」

「It would of been nice to have 2 chairs in room to sit on. Breakfast could of have more items than pastries to eat. Being diabetic the only thing for me was the small egg muffins.」

「It’s your typical “right off the highway, older” hotel. Not at all fancy, and definitely could use an update, but for a one night stay as we were passing through the area, it was a clean, safe, place to rest our heads.」

「Older property, a bit overpriced for what you got but excellent staff, very accommodating and that made up for noisy neighbors who were blasting their tv at 10 PM. Staff went right to their room and got them to shut it down. No health club or coffee shop or anything like that. Very convenient location right off 70 in Hebron, and much cheaper than staying in Columbus which is 20 miles west and also one of the top locations in America for bed bugs! That was one reason I stayed in Hebron. Road...
