「The room facilities were too outdated. The outside temperature was below 10 degrees Celsius, and there was no heating in the room, the central air conditioning didn't provide any warmth, and the electric heater wasn't working either. The European-style breakfast was decent, and the hotel had ample parking.」

「Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!!」

「We arrived very late, and the clerk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant.」

「Bed is okay. No noise. They don’t offer free hot water for drink, have to microwave water.」

「Skønt hotel og meget fransk. 」

「Bathtub and toilet are very dirty」

「Clean room, comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioner. Good enough light」

「The staff is friendly and professional. Most of them do speak three languages: French, English, and German. My room is clean and functional. The hotel is not far from downtown. You can take "Tram B," which station, Futura Glacière, is just in front of the hotel. If you don't want to spend 12 euro breakfast in the hotel, there are a MacDonald and a coffee shop near the hotel. There is also a supermarket which locates 30-second walk distance. The only inconvenience is that you need to take 15...

「Very nice hotel. Good staff service and beautiful interior and exterior design & decorations 」

「Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...
