"The only small issue we had was that our room was quite hot when we arrived (sunny mid-summer day, curtains open, closed window facing the afternoon sun) and there was no aircon or even a fan to help cool it down. Though I suspect that's not often a problem in these parts."

"Over all I enjoyed my stay, lounge, Dining room, and bar were nice entertainment on 2nd night was unexpected and good. I had a dog friendly room on the ground floor it was old fashioned and tired but the bed was comfortable."

"Lovely bit of highland grandeur/history. Mostly just passing through for a local event so didn’t get the full experience. Wee bit expensive for room alone but no complaints about the standards/staff etc bar/dining facilities looked very pleasant"
