「When I entered my room, I found that the sink was half full of water and not draining. I didn't have a chance to see if it could get addressed as it was very late in the evening and I needed to sleep. The room was also pretty cold from the AC, which wasn't easy to adjust (pretty ancient unit with a colder/warmer knob, not temperature setting). Other than that, bed was comfortable and I got my night's sleep and got back on the road.」

「They gave us a room at 4 PM. The sheets had hair on them. There was weird smell mold in the bathroom underneath the ledges of the details in the bathtub with five squares of toilet paper went back down to the office about two hours later no one was there tried calling zero multiple times to get toilet paper finally gave up and went to the store to buy some. The pool was very murky and foggy and had a very weird smell. Would not stay here again.」

「Easy check in/check out, friendly welcoming staff. Loved the treat bags for our dogs. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Amenities include a pool and workout room. For breakfast there was quite a variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed made to order eggs for breakfast with waffles! There was a nice greenbelt for our dogs potty breaks.」

「I liked it because it was close to a family reunion I was going to…but accidentally booked the wrong day…(my date was a day off)….they said they could not change it..so had to rebook with the hotel….paid twice for the room. Front desk person called her manager…said no…but then manager called back trying to resolve it…front desk person said never mind, she is just going to rebook! Very frustrating! I paid double for just a regular room. I mean the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great...
