"Everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful. It included a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There were also complimentary bottles of water and a complimentary cocktail or mock tail. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The spa was very nice, the only criticism I have about the spa was in relation to the steamroom. I used it 3 times and only 1 of those times was there actually steam in it. Otherwise everything was amazing. Would recommend "

"Great location if you want cafe culture and shopping. Bonus dogs to fuss. A bar would be a great addition. "

"It's very convenient for gare de lyon. I was there one night. Lovely large room. But had a couple of niggles. The lights didn't work. Thankfully it was still daylight. Was sorted when i brought it to the hotel's attention. Then the batteries in the tv remote control needed replacing. I mentioned to reception when i was leaving. Also, i found it a bit disconcerting that i had to deposit euro 50. I had prepaid my stay. It is credited back. But it doesn't make for a pleasant stay when there is a lack of trust."

"The hotel is under construction, but no noise at night, the staff is very friendly, and professional, the hotel is close to main attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame, breakfast was very good."

"Check in was terrible as there was no one at reception for 15 minutes, then gave me a BS excuse. The window could not close shut because the curtains were stuck behind them, so we could hear the outside noise until 5am. The lights in the hallway should be dimmed after 11 pm so people remain quiet. Bring your own air plugs and towels as they are not provided or offered. The buffer breakfast was in the entry hall and not as advertised based on the pictures."

"Clean room - stayed 2 wks. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and groceries (convenience store) close by. Buses close by. Loved the area, lots to see and you can take a bus or 2 to get places. Not sure about laundry never needed..brought enough so i don't need to worry about it. "
