"The room was very clean. The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. If there is one thing I would change, it would be adding a hot tub to the property. I thought there was one, but when I asked they said no. I should have looked at property web site more closely. But, other than that, the stay was perfect. "

"I genuinely am not someone who writes poor reviews, unfortunately this stay is going to be the exception. We show up and our room reeks of cigarettes, no towels at all, the door to the balcony is opened, the sheets felt grimy and there were things left over from previous guests. They make requirements that you wash your dishes (understandable) but provided no dish soap unless you go to the front desk. I interacted with the front desk multiple times and multiple people wouldn’t even speak to me. Not a grunt, not a nod or a greeting. They would just grab what I asked for and walk away. I was not unkind once and felt it was rude. They also always had AirPods in with a phone in hand every time. They are unable to answer questions like where to park a golf cart as if they don’t advertise the service themselves. I don’t believe I will ever stay here again. "

"Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, had to clean it myself and the floors were clearly not swept. Had an issue with someone banging on our door and yelling then running off, this happened several times and nothing was done about it. The front desk said they would check on it but don't think anything was done because it happened again after that. The hallway and entrance smelled like weed the entire time we were there. And it is a nightmare trying to get into the parking area just to check in. This place is not family friendly at all. "

"It was cold so we weren’t able to use the water slide and pool but overall I have no complaints for the services we did use. The food at the restaurant was good and surprisingly affordable for a resort. The staff was friendly. "

"We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The room was exactly as described. Staff was friendly and cooperative! The location was right in the middle of activity. It was exactly what we hoped for (other then the cold weather😔). "
