Sonesta Hotel Grand Rapids Airport
The room was really cold they need better windows. The pillows were cheap and worn down they need better pillows. The glass shower doors in the bathroom seems off track and would open while taking a shower. The staff was nice not as friendly but nice. The restaurant and bar was never open.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
Room was good and clean but we bought two breakfast cards for $17 for buffet style is wild as it is but I went and ate then my took my younger daughter, and they told her that she can’t use the card. Kids have certain menus. They have to make it real time. She couldn’t leave also buffet.
