「Although the lobby and exterior seem to be updated the room wasnt. There also was no elevator in the building. The timer for the hot tub was not functional and only a couple of the jets in the tub were working. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable.」

「It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it.」

The service checking in was kind, welcoming and feiendly; despite the system used and lack in training, we had a pleasant experience. I absolutely loved the decor for halloween & the treats available :D Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order, which was the original reason we booked this specific hotel. 」
