Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.

The staff, and I mean every single one of them was very kind, courteous and genuinely helpful no matter what or when the need arises. My favorite amenity offered is the full breakfast and the kickbacks in the evenings. I am so grateful for these meals as we always travel.
