"If I could give no stars, I would. They charged me before I arrived, I choose the option to pay on arrival. It was after 4 when I got there, check in is 3pm. Staff said they cleaning staff were behind and it's going take 30-45mins. I asked for a refund, she said she wasn't able to give me one. She asked cleaning lady if this room was clean, lady asked yes, front desk asked, the bathroom has been cleaned, cleaning lady yes the whole room is clean. So it's not the room type I reserved but I'll take it. The room was FILTHY. Back in office, another gentleman had an issue with his room and staff was very rude to him, my turn, my room is dirty, she said are you sure. Yep here are the pictures, give me my receipt and I'm leaving. I just want the money you took, when you weren't supposed to, back."

"They double booked my room, so I did not get the room I paid for. They shut breakfast down a half an hour early, night staff did warn us about it. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. My room was clean, bed comfortable, what food we were able to get, was good. But my disappointment for not getting the room I paid for, a jacuzzi tub room, overshadowed everything else. "
