"The hotel is stunning! Walking up the spiral staircase was a dream and I hardly took the elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and very pretty. Overall an excellent stay, though I did see what other reviews mentioned which was that the property could use some maintenence. Little light flickers, a tap that sometimes drips, etc. But the charm of the building is more than enough to make up for that."

"The rooms were spacious, and the bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The buffet was excellent, and the location was great. The customer service was also very friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"Everything was perfect with this hotel. Great location (right in front of the Cathedral), lovely rooms that were clean and a good size, fresh breakfast every morning and super helpful staff. Special shout out to Pilar - she was helpful, kind, thoughtful and just all around a great person. Would definitely stay again"

"The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. However, the grout and caulking in the washroom in our room is in desperate need of renewal. Staff at the breakfast buffet were very pleasant and friendly. Loads of food choices at the buffet and plenty of restaurants nearby, go off the main street to find an abundance of restaurants with fantastic tapas m."

"The hotel is next to the Alhambra. Check-in was slow due to busy season. The room was small and the sinks were out of the actual bathroom which has a separate bathtub and a small shower with toilet and a bidet. The shower could be cleaner. The TV has no Internet connection and if you need to change the room temperature, you would have to call the front desk. We came to Granada for one night just to see the Alhambra, so it was alright. Overall, the hotel is very convenient to go see the Alhambra!"
