Rom for forbedringer
Fin, fin beliggenhet. perfekt for å se solnedgangen. Kort vei til Anfi stranden. Fine bassengområder. God frokostbuffet. Men da vi kom hadde det vært mus på rommet. Det var muselort i et skap og på soverom og bad. Vi bad om ny vask og nytt sengetøy da det også hadde vært i en av sengene. Vask ble gjort etter 3 dager, og sengetøy fikk vi ikke. Kun noen ekstra laken som jeg selv måtte legge på. Så renhold og service kunne vært bedre.

Nyttår tur
Bestilte tidlig hadde ønske om et rom med på en bestemt side, men som mange ganger før ikke oppfylt ønske. Oppholdet ellers var helt greit,annsate i resepsjonen kan være mere imøtekommende og hyggelige. Maten var bra men savner kaffe etter middagen det kunne vært et løft.

OK Hotell, men unngå maten
Vi har vært her før og var mer fornøyd sist. Grunnen til at vi er mindre fornøyd i år er på grunn av maten, - den var dårligere nå og den er ikke verdt pengene. Frokosten er en ok hotellfrokost, men med mindre frukt enn før og lite utvalg - f.eks. ikke jordbær eller bringebærsyltetøy.. Middag var god noen dager, men mye dårlig, det var ikke verdt det. Renholdet er helt ok, det fremstår som rent og greit. Bassengområdet er helt fint og det er fint mulig å ha gode dager ved bare å bli på hotellets område, det er også treningsrom, bordtennis, et lite lekeområde for barn, tennisbane etc. Vi liker plasseringen av hotellet fordi vi kan gå 7 minutter og være på stranden ved Anfi eller besøke venner på Anfi. Vi pleier å leie bil og det er greit å kjøre til og greit å parkere der (gratis).

Meillä oli oikein kiva ja rauhallinen All Inclusive lomaviikko tässä hotellissa. Hotellialue on iso joten käveltävää ja portaita on aika paljon. Näkymät merelle ovat upeat. Noutopöydässä oli aina jotain mieleistä syötävää, ja allasbaareissa juotavaa. Hotellilta ei pääse mereen uimaan mutta lähistöllä on hieno Anfin hiekkaranta. Hotellilta pääsimme myös kätevästi tekemään kävelylenkkejä Puerto Ricoon ja Arguequiniin, ja takaisin tulimme lautalla Anfiin.

Could be a really lovely hotel but food very mediocre at best , staff in the restaurant very nice . . Some music round the pool in the day would help. Some low level lighting in the restaurant and in the evening by pool bar instead of bright spot lights ! Also again maybe some music in the evenings by the pool bar , people may have a dance after the quiz etc Sorry. Just lacking a few things

paying for a all inclusive service is a waste of time, the food it’s very simple (chicken breast/pizza, both items dry). the hours for the customers to eat are in a very short period, one day we arrived at 9:05pm and it’s was already closed, so we had to look for a restaurant. the snack time is only between 12 to 4pm, so at night you can’t eat. other thing i’ve never seen in any other hotels it’s the way they make cocktail’s, we asked for a caipirinha which normally comes with a color almost like the water and it came like a orange fanta. they already have a machine (like the ones for breakfast that you take the juice) but with a preparation for alcoholic drinks, it was discusting. the room was very nice, the personal from the hotel were also 5 stars but the rest…

Generalmente esta bien ,aunque las piscinas no son muy grandes para todos los apartamentos q hay...la comida genial,el trato bien y la animación podria estar mejor...le falta mas juegos variados durante el dia,pq siempre hacian lo mismo bailar y encima las mismas canciones(un poco cansino la verdad) waterpolo...juegos de agua etc...por ponen un ejemplo,es verdad q hiciero baloncesto y tiro con arco pero entre el calor y elmpoco entusiamo q le ponen...no se apuntaba nadie,poenso q es lo unico q deberian de cambiar un poco (por no.decir muchoo)un saludo.Gracias

La comida es orrible , ni en el ejército se come comida de tan mala calidad, los camareros con pocas ganas de satisfacer al cliente, los horarios de comida muy adaptados al turismo ,no ofrecen zumo ni leche para los bebés en el almuerzo ni la cena, en la habitación no había agua en los grifos de 8 a 9 , el secador no funcionaba. En el bar piscina la bebida era totalmente desconocida, no se ofrecen cócteles… el snack bar muy limitado con comidas en malas condiciones(Carme quemada, macarrones que han cambiado la temperatura radicalmente, cucarachas en el muro del pan…). Hemos terminado con dolores de barriga y vomitando. Un completo fin de semana desperdiciado.

Estimada Cristina, lamentamos tu insatisfacción, para los bebes solo debe solicitarlo a nuestro staff que amablemente la ayudaran en lo que puedan. Sobre el secador de haberlo notificado lo hubieramos reparado lo antes posible pero sin conocimiento de ello es imposible.El bar piscina ofrece bebidas de la casa y cocteles, el snack bar ofrece una amplia variedad de comida, lamentamos no fuera de su agrado.Lamentamos su experiencia
