Block appears to have been recently refurbished. Comfortable accommodation.
Location central to east and west of the peninsula - generally a good location and quiet.

3 night stay in Interior Studio room. The room was clean and quiet with good wifi and the location was excellent. It was very nice to have someone at the Reception (who were helpful), at all times (almost) so I was able to leave my luggage after checking out to grab a lunch nearby.

Kistina and Daniel were good hosts. The location of the apartment was good, near the beach front and Santa Catalina bus terminal. The apartment was kept clean and tidy (room cleaning 6 days a week) and we felt safe in it. The stock of kitchen utensils could be improved but one could ask the hosts for them when required e.g. a fruit/veg knife. In common with these appointments, neighbour noises could be an issue, but overall it was acceptable.

This was our 2nd visit to the Mannix Apartments and we wish we had discovered it a few years ago. Christina, Daniel and the team are brilliant. They are always on hand to offer any assistance you require in a friendly manner. We had an apartment with a balcony that was excellent and spotlessly clean. The location could not be better with the beach less than a 3 minute walk away with many bars and restaurants all around. If it's shopping you want then that is about 3 minutes in the opposite direction with no hills to climb, all on the flat.

The Mannix Apartments were excellent in all aspects. The location could not have been better in a quiet position with the golden sandy beach and its promenade full of excellent bars & restaurants within an easy 3/4 min stroll in one direction. There are also many bars and restaurants immediately around the Mannix Apartments. In the other direction about 5/6 min stroll you will find the excellent high quality shopping particularly in the El Corte Ingles Centre. All walking on 'the flat' with no hills.
All the staff were very helpfully and we will definitely stay at the Mannix Apartments when next visiting Las Palmas.

Otroligt hjälpsamma personer som jobbar i receptionen. Läget är bra nära den fina stranden med alla restauranger. Mycket bra städning.
Es la primera vez que estoy en este lugar. El personal extremadamente amable. La ubicación es inmejorable. Hay limpieza todos los días, menos jueves y sábados (puedes elegir si quieres limpieza o no). Tiene recepción las 24 horas. Me gustó todo, menos lo de tener que salir antes de las 11:00 de la mañana, pero eso ya lo sabía cuando lo contraté.
