Everything was as described in the room description and it's super cheap so worth it for what your are getting. Shared bathroom and kitchen but rooms have locks. Walking distance from most fun spots. The only thing I would advise is to contact them about check in process well in advance. It wasn't all super clear on the day but it all worked out fine and they have to come and give you the keys so they will need to see you.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber in Ordnung. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist leider absolut nicht sauber; die ausziehenden Personen haben Lebensmittel vergammeln lassen, die einfach nicht weggeräumt wurden. Auch das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr widerlich. Die Adresse des Hotels gibt es nicht wirklich. Man soll sich melden, wenn man in der Nähe ist, dann wird man eingecheckt (es gibt keine Rezeption oder so). Ich habe mich laufend gemeldet, aber meine Nachrichten wurden ignoriert. Letztlich musste ich dann doch 30min in der Sonne warten. Bei Fragen gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner.

Nice apartment & room. It’s a bit hard to find though, even for a local taxi driver. And the keys are confusing..which key is for which door? Also I didn’t know where to leave the keys when I left..it’s not possible to lock the doors & post the keys back through a letterbox. But I would stay here again as the room, apartment & bathroom are all fine :) I do still recommend it : )

Résidence située dans un quartier populaire et animé, proche de commodités (supermarché, pharmacie, magasins, arrêt de bus...) et non loin des dunes de Maspalomas ou du centre Yumbo. Nuit au calme. Chambre sobrement mais suffisamment équipée,TV, poubelle, couverture en plus.... SdB propre, à partager. Sèche-cheveux à disposition. Pas de gel douche. Cuisine minime mais optimale: frigo, plaque de cuisson, evier, micro-ondes, bouilloire, vaisselle... pas de four ni de grille-pain. Le rapport qualité-prix est plutôt très correct vu l'emplacement et l'équipement des pièces.
