Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren 10 Tage im Riu Palace Maspalomas und es war einfach schön, alle zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, mit einem lächendeln Gesicht. Das Hotel war nicht voll besetzt, daher auch kein Gedränge bei den Mahlzeiten.

Not a five star hotel.
Nice location of the hotell, but need an update. Been to many 5star hotels and this does not meet the standard. Rooms are nice and clean, but beds are of less quality. Also the doors are very thin so you can hear anything from the corridor. They updated the showergel holder while at my stay. But it keept falling of the wall. I dint feel so 5starish

Tres bon hôtel avec vue sur les dunes de Maspalomas Tres appreciable pour son calme ! Grand bonheur de pouvoir etre au bord de la piscine, prendre son petit dejeuner et son diner sans musique ! Personnel tres pro et agreable Chambre confortable buffet du petit déjeuner et du diner très variés. on peut diner des 18 h l’hiver, 18h30 l’ete j’ai teste le spa avec un massage corps classique, 62 euros pour 55 min. Tres correct ! la playa del Ingles est a 800 m. La plage de Maspalomas est plus loin , accessible par un chemin a travers les dunes.

Das Hotel und die ganze Anlage sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Mitarbeitenden sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, und auch das Essen am Buffet war stets frisch und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, was das Ausschlafen bisweilen etwas schwierig machte.

Perfect place
Wonderful service, very nice people and good atmosphere…. everybody was happy and useful. If we should be forced to say anything not perfect, maybe the breakfast area could be a little bit more exotic compared to the rest of the hotel and maybe food …was nice…. but bread and potatoes was pretty dry also The fruit in full pieces was not too good. Otherwise it was a great trip and we will hundred percent be back.

This didn’t get 5 starts due to a few irritating things. I would definitely return so don’t take these as off putting - just have an awareness! €25 for the safe at a five star hotel is ridiculous, I was in an Ibis earlier in the year and it was free! The noise from the housekeeping team in the morning was awful, I know they have a job to do but the paying customers are on holiday and don’t want to be woken at 7.15 every morning. There was a stupid motion activated light in the bathroom that clicked on and off every 3 seconds - please deactivate these The food was fine with a huge variety but not any different to any all inclusive buffet…..why do they not offer an all inclusive option?

Nous avons adoré la localisation à proximité des Dunes et de la plage, le spot est magnifique. L'hôtel est fabuleux, reposant, les installations sont parfaites, les repas délicieux. Le service est irréprochable et le personnel au petit soin. Seul bémol, un bruit du frigo dans la chambre et un certain manque d'isolation dans notre chambre mais tout cela a été qu'un détail par rapport à la qualité de l'établissement

Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war super, eine grosse auswahl am Buffet. Das ein und aus checken war sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Dünnen vor dem Hotel sind einzigarten, vor allem am Abend aus dem Hotel Restauraunt el oasis beim Sonnen untergang. Das Shopping Center und Strand ist in 10-20 Minuten zu fuss erreichbar. Somit ein gemütlicher Spaziergang.

Fantastisk personal på väloljat semesterhotell.
Jag är ingen fan av stora hotel. Detta är stort. Vackert och väl placerat. Nyrenoverat och fint. Stilfullt. Matsalen vid frukost och middag med väldrillad glad och serviceminded personal är som Finlandsfärja. Maten vid bufféerna är fantastisk. Pool och area snyggt lugnt och stilfullt. Personalen över alla kategorier är fantastisk. Vänlig serviceminded proffsig. Bra management där. Det var bara vid incheckning vi hade oturen att råka på en mkt kärv kvinna som drog ned standarden för oss ett bra tag. Men… gillar man denna typ av semester på stort hotel med halvpension så finns det nog få bättre ställen än detta. Jag håller mig gärna hädanefter till mindre och mer personliga ställen att slappna av på. BB

Adults only seems to mean seniors only at this property. It may be the time of year (February), but this felt like we spent the night in a fancy retirement home.

We had a beautiful large room facing the dunes and ocean. The dirty towels were picked up in the evening. A very nice touch not seen very often now a days. The breakfast had a wide variety. The bubbly, white or rose, were lovely as well as the wide variety of fresh squeezed juices ( strawberry was our favourite). The only negative for us is we would have enjoyed a coffee maker in our room ( but there is a keddle for tea drinkers). Another nice touch at the Riu Palace, you have to check out at 11 but they will keep your bags if you want to stay for the afternoon. You can continue to use the pool and they will offer you a room to shower and change, if needed, before your departure. Wonderful option at no extra charge! Overall, we had an excellent 3 day stay at the Riu Palace Maspalomas.

Unieke lokatie aan de rand van de duinen! Prachtig zicht uit de kamer! De kamerdeur naar de gang minder goed geísoleerd…. Veel geluiden door metalen karren die niet op PTFE rollers glijden en veel gebabbel vanaf de vroege morgen. Eten en bediening waren fantastisch! Prachtig hotel op unieke locatie!
