The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

O quarto que estivemos hospedados não condiz com o restante do hotel e demais propriedades de Rede SKY, não era aconchegante, com acabamentos do rodapé e “forrinho” de pvc quase caindo, banheiro sem exaustão… Não havia TV no espaço em que estava a cama… Mas fotos não parecia ser o mesmo quarto que reservei.

Sempre me hospedo na rede SKY em Gramado mas esse deixou a desejar na manutenção e limpeza do hotel e quarto o ar condicionado fazia um barulho terrível a cama de casal era muito velha e já estava afundada de tanto uso.

Hotal antigo, sem 1 bar, primeiro quarto que nos colocaram o ar condicionado estava estragado, tivemos que refazer todas as malas, limpesa ruim. Estalacoes ruim, a bebeda de venda era apenas uma cerejeira cheia que o proprio hospede pegava a bebeda e mesmo assim cobram 10%

Ficamos no quarto 132, a cortina blackout é minúscula e não serviu para nada, o varal da cortina de ferro estava preso por um prego que caiu no meu braço e me machucou, quando fui relatar ao gerente, ele só disse que ia mandar para a manutenção, não foi capaz nem de me pedir desculpas pelo ocorrido, móveis do quarto danificados, inclusive no banheiro. Café da manhã maravilhoso. A recepção da Sky (cachorrinha) foi excelente.
