Fomos muito bem atendidos, a Pousada é aconchegante e bem cuidada. O café da manhã é ótimo e os colaboradores são atenciosos. O ambiente em meio ao verde propicia tranquilidade e sossego, a menos de 02km do Centro. Como observação passível de melhoria poderiam fazer um tratamento acústico nos quartos, ouvem-se claramente as conversas, a TV e outros “sons” dos hóspedes as lado e isso causa um certo desconforto. No mais a Pousada é maravilhosa, certamente recomendamos.

Achei ótima a pousada, atendimento. Única ressalva foi que a cama solteiro ficava parte de baixo no chalé, com isso não senti confortável deixar o bebê sozinho. Mas limpeza impecável e atendimento perfeito.

Excelente custo-benefício, localizado longe do agito de Gramado, proporcionando um ambiente mais tranquilo. Algumas melhorias poderiam ser feitas, como a alternância nas frutas do café da manhã. Considerando que é um hotel sustentável, seria interessante oferecer pontos de recarga para carros elétricos, como um diferencial. Um ponto negativo é que o quarto não é arrumado, mesmo deixando a chave na portaria – parece que a limpeza ocorre a cada dois dias. Outro detalhe: o ar-condicionado do chalé 3 não estava funcionando corretamente. No geral, uma boa estadia com alguns ajustes a serem feitos.

Depois de ler alguns comentários negativos, fiquei com medo e pensei cancelar a reserva. . Felizmente já havia sido pago antecipadamente, porque na verdade encontrei um lugar maravilhoso, com funcionários qualificados e extremamente gentis. Um quarto funcional e agradável, de limpeza indiscutível, com um bom colchão e boa roupa de cama. O chuveiro é excelente. O café da manhã é muito variado e farto. Para quem gosta de caminhar, como eu, possibilidade de caminhar até ao centro da cidade com toda a segurança. Na verdade, tudo que eu queria, a tranquilidade de uma pousada e não de um hotel 5 estrelas.

Ótima pousada

Ótimo local, bem localizado e perto do centro. Café da manhã muito bom com frutas e bolos. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos. Sistema de calefação muito bom pelo frio que fez no final de semana. Gostei retornaremos.

Pousada boa, mas cara pela infraestrutura

A Pousada Rosa é uma pousada boa, o quarto e as instalações estão ok, tudo organizado, internet de boa qualidade, localização boa, mas pelo valor que paguei algumas coisas deixaram um pouco a desejar, como exemplo o café da manhã, que era bem simples, com salgados que estavam frios, suco de uva feito com pó de suco ao invés de suco natural e iogurte ruim e pouca variedade no café, já me hospedei em hotéis mais baratos que possuíam café muito melhores.

Pousada muito top! Perto do centro mas longe do agito do trânsito de Gramado. A limpeza, conforto e beleza são seus pontos fortes. O café da manhã é simples porém muito bom é suficiente. Recomendo!!

Hospedagem gramado

Achei super legal não ter tempo limite para cheking, outra vantagem é que pode levar bebidas. O que achei um pouco desconfortável foi o tamanho da acomodação para 3 pessoas. O atendimento foi muito prestativo, principalmente por termos uma crianças de 2 anos. O local é maravilhoso, play, churrasqueira coletiva e um estacionamento amplo. Também as condições da jardinagem do ambiente são ótimos para registrar aquela foto em família. Recomendo, custo benefício a altura.
