O Café da manhã é perfeito, farto e muito gostoso. O lugar é limpo e muito bonito. Atendentes muito queridos. Tiver o azar de estarem arrumando a água no bairro e em alguns momentos estavamos sem água, mas da parte do hotel, tudo muito bom.

Tínhamos reservado e pago o quarto super luxo, porém o hotel recebeu como luxo e ficamos num quarto pequeno, diferente do que tínhamos expectativa de receber. Além disso, colocarem um berço sem colchão, a porta do banheiro não tinha chave, o que é um problema quando se viaja com criança

Se sentindo em casa

Super atenciosos, ótimo atendimento, cafe da manhã maravilhoso, quarto bem limpinho e cheiroso assim como hotel. No primeiro quarto precisa apenas trocar o suporte de cabide por um de ferro e substituir a plug de um lençol térmico que nao encaixa na tomada... O estacionamento é um pouco apertado e portao de entrada estreito, mas sao melhorias nada que abale... Quando voltar para Gramado, com certeza me Hospedarei nesta Pousada
