Perfeição em hotel

Ja fiquei em mais de 15 hoteis em gramado, e esse até agora foi o melhor, esse hotel nos deixa sentir como se fossemos um mebro da familia real britânica. Ao q pensam q esse hotel é mais pra crianças está enganado, ele é pra todos os públicos e claro q as crianças vão ficar no paraíso. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos não nos deixa ter trabalho com nada nos dão ta assistência possível, somos bem tratados de verdade, não q nos outros não somos, mas nesse em específico é muito além dos outros.

Equipe super simpática, solicita e decoração do restaurante,Hall e corredores muito bonita! O quarto é lindo e super confortável! A área da piscina está precisando de manutenção, mas a piscina em si é muito boa! A brinquedoteca precisa ser finalizada ainda, como é um hotel voltado para crianças vale dar atenção a esse ponto.
