「Cabin was clean and the Mountain View’s were breathtaking」

「Cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The road to it is hairy with very steep curves. We found the beds to be hard but that's personal preference. The location is great, close to Townsend and Cades cove, very peaceful and charming.」

「The cabin was clean, well-equipped and homey. Though we did not use the fireplace of pit, a firewood bundle was provided. Read the instructions about navigation directions carefully and print them out. Google maps is useless in this location. It is on a dirt road, wirh which my Mini Cooper had no problem. Super comfortable, like staying at a friends' cabin for a week. Whatch out for poison ivy around the perimeter. Stairs are a bit uneven, so use caution. Could use a few handyman repairs (nail...

「Very clean 」

「House was very nice and clean. Look out for big pothole in very narrow road leading up to cabin.Thin 200count bedsheets,I always take my own sheets tho, thin trash liners that breaks when trying to pull trash so I just left it . Overall it was a very nice stay.Did not see any bears but I did find a big bear claw silhouette on my front windshield one morning. Everything worked well in the cabin, very relaxing and peaceful, would definitely book again. I loved the view of the mountains from my...

「This was our first experience with a rental property and it couldn’t have been better! They are so sweet and make sure you have everything you need in the stunning duplex! 10/10 would stay again」

「Excelent」

「This place was amazing you were on top of the clouds. The views were like that I’ve ever seen the cabin was beautiful and have everything you can imagine. I would stay here again easily」

「I paid for 2 nts, and told them I can't stay 2nd nt. I had to leave bc my car was there but I wasn't making any more extra trips up this DANGEROUS hill. I was up all night pay anything about going back down that hill. It wasn't sure if it was anxiety like fear like a roller coaster, or my rational brain telling me based on decades of driving to NOT do that again. There's a couple really steep hills, the road is very narrow and gets narrow as you go up, there's some sections just a foot from...

「Extremely clean and well equipped cabin. The mile plus drive in was terrifying with blind hills, sheer drop offs and tight turns. We could not come back after dark because of the drive being so scary. We left a day early because the driveway was so nerve wracking. The cabin was great though. Just not for the faint of heart.」

「Well located cabin newly updated with outdoor dining and grilling area . Highly recommend!」

「They failed to mention that the fireplace is only seasonal and they only turn it on after October 1st. There are no chairs for the private fire pit the hot tub light did not work the hot tub was not usable until the second evening of our stay and the Wi-Fi was not working until the second morning of our stay. Working with Avant Stay's team to resolve the issue is extremely tedious.」

「I have traveled a lot in my life, but have never met such a honest and caring owner of rented property. He has made sure we were 100% good and happy. He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again. The surroundings, the beauty of the nature are absolutely amazing.」

「Tressa was extremely hospitable! We enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again when needed. The only amenity that we are used to with hotels that we didn't have here is a hair dryer. We didn't think to ask in advance and didn't take one with us. But that's not a negative regarding our stay or the property. Great location as well.」

「Lovely Cabin. Really enjoyed the stream in front of cabin.」

「Secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Lying in the hammock next to the gurgling creek brought new life into these old bones. Cell service was spotty at best, but no matter — wi-fi was strong. This was everything we’d hoped for and more. We’ll definitely be back!」
