"It was a rough day in Iceland fleeing from a late-May snow storm in the East, but Anna Maria who was working at reception was simply fantastic. Her professionalism and concern for my stressful day truly turned things around because she went above and beyond. It may have been some little things from her perspective, but she was so great. My room was close to my adult children. Got some ice for our cooler. The rooms were great. Probably the best night's sleep in Iceland (over 9 day trip). Great solid breakfast with sausage, eggs, cheese, cereal, and more. It is my understanding that the ownership may be changing, but I hope nothing changes because I would love to stay there again on my next trip to Iceland."
