「What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. 「Pros: Location was fantastic, near the train station, main shopping areas, & central locations. Room was clean & comfortable. Cons: There was construction in front of the premises, making the environment too noisy too early in the mornings when people are still sleeping. Also, drunk & disorderly people were loud @ night also when people are trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, but have gotten way more of a spread included w/ hotel stay @ other places. 」
