「Lors de notre réservation l’appartement semblait très propre et agréable il est loué avec 2 chambres idéal pour une famille. Les propriétaires Elsa et Rui sont hyper disponibles et adorables. Malheureusement la réalité est très loin de l’annonce… l’appartement ne possède qu’une seule chambre les enfants sont au bout d’un petit couloir. L’état de l’appartement est limite et plutôt sale. Rien à voir avec les photos. Bac à douche bouché, tapis immonde, beaucoup d’infiltrations, meuble dans le patio...

「The apartment is lovely and modern inside and we especially loved the private courtyard. The street and area had a lot of restaurants bit was surprisingly quiet inside at night. 」

「Although the room was small it was clean and had everything we needed for the 2 nights. One glitch, we returned our car to the airport in the evening of December 08th after being told by the reception that the shuttle operated every 20 minutes/ 24 hours a day. Well, that did not work out. We waited 1 hour and no shuttle. We had to take an Uber as it was getting late and had to be up very early for our flight. Oh, and we called the hotel and there was no answer. At the reception, the explanation...

「Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「My room is large and comfortable. I found some dust in the air conditioner. Thanks to the hotel for lending me a kettle to have hot drinking water.」

「Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .」
