Started a chat told we hadn’t fully paid - go into the app and pay - tried but this didn’t exist on my app - Zoe - digital assistant finally got me our door code - and asked me to ensure I paid the environment tax of €4. Took about 45 minutes to get into our room. Breakfast was mediocre at best - hot shower, clean sheets which was great - pool is a very small dip pool - holds maybe 4 people. I...

「Great place to book-in. Everything from check in to check out was without issues. Property is beautiful, beds nice.」

「For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. 「The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside. The room is clean and tidy. Spacious enough for a person or two. The air conditioning is good as well. There was a problem with my wash basin but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix it when I am out. 「Zimmer war ansprechend groß und sauber. Personal etwas destruktive, aber freundlich. Viele Kleinigkeiten sind einfach alt und kaputt. Das Badezimmer ist zu klein und mit einem nicht so wirklich sauberen Duschvorhang. Beim Fernsehprogramm fehlt mindestens ein Sender auf deutsch. Das Frühstück ist furchtbar und langweilig.
