"Our room was clean and a good size. All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. The area around the hotel was busy but safe. "

"Always a shock in NY as areas are congested & rooms are small. Hallways & elevators are super small but remember it’s NY. Off the street the first thing is a narrow area with a super competent Bell Hop & are instructed check in is on 2nd floor Another small congested area but again, friendly competent staff. Ate dinner at a Mexican place across the street which was fabulous!! "
