「I had a great stay at Morning Star residences, it was great to have a fully equipped apartment and the onsite grocery store was very convenient. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Best of all were the staff who couldn’t have been nicer, more accommodating or more helpful. All around a great time was had.」

「The porter was excellent in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. There's no lift. The first two nights shower was excellent. The third night, they did something to the water pressure and the temperature kept changing from lukewarm to cold. I waited an hour for the staff to change it back but it became hot to cold. It did not improve the fourth night. I hope they didn't do this just to be thrifty because it really ruins a tourist’s experience. More training should be given to front desk to...

「The pod was kept clean and the amenities near the hotel were easy to access.」

「Stayed there for 15 nights as a female solo traveller. Breakfast was super delicious, the people there were super friendly and I was always welcomed by a happy smile. Never used a taxi and always walked to the city center as it’s only about 1.5 km. Would recommend it and stay there myself again.」

「Suggestion: the hot pool room could be cleaned more several times. For the towels, chairs…. Others of the hotel are very nice.」

「Hotels facility is good, but the room is too tiny to fit our suitcases. We have an early flight in the morning, so didn’t have a chance for breakfast.」

「Hotel is very well located, near many restaurants and shops. It is about 20 min walk from Sukhbaatar Square. The room and hotel were very clean and fairly new. We were on a corner room so had a nice view as well. Had breakfast one morning and it wasn’t very good. Buffet style with lots of choices, but the food had been sitting there for a while and was all soggy. We didn’t go back for breakfast for the rest of the trip even if it was included. Since the hotel is on a passing street, there is...

「I am at the owners upon check-in. Originally, I was the only person in the entire hostel. The owner check that I was comfortable and was very sweet. Even when I was leaving, she was checking if I needed help and was checking that I ate something. The owners clearly take pride and taking care of their property. I don’t normally love staying in hostels, I have had too many experiences where they are not clean, etc. The sheets and bedding were fresh and comfortable, which I really appreciated and...

「酒店地理位置優越，但非常嘈吵，因為隔音設備非常差，每晚去到凌晨兩三點，仍聽到街上酒bar音樂表演，員工態度亦不太友善。」
