「Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. 「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und der Garten in dem wir es serviert bekommen haben, war sehr schön. Wir sind im Feierabendverkehr angereist und mussten zunächst etwas suchen, konnten dann aber auch einen Parkplatz in einer Querstraße finden. 」

The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer.
