「To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. We ended up calling the hotel and one of the staff members answered and finally came down the stairs to help check everyone in. Check-in was smooth but they...

「The only reason I booked this hotel was the pool. Fast forward to check in and the pool isn’t “functioning”. Mind you we stared at a running pool with clear water all week but a chain on the gate. I immediately asked to be able to use the pool from the same chain right down the street and was told no. So I took it up the chain to Holiday Inn Customer Care who said a ticket was started and someone would be in touch with options/resolution within 24hrs. Never heard another word. Needless to...

「The room was soooo filthy we didn't stay....the room had bugs, both dead and alive; it stunk like an ash tray, despite being a "smoke free room"; when we asked why the room was so filthy we were told because the facility is an extended stay hotel...not sure what that has to do with proper cleaning but...word to all...DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The front desk told us, "This is what happens when you stay at a ghetto hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!」
