Disliked: Cleanliness
This property was disappointing mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and due to frequent issues with the water. The water at times was not working and at other times when the water was working it would often come out of the faucet a dirty brown or yellow color. The pictures below show the dirty water that came out of the sink faucet and the state of the fridge when we checked in which looks as if had not been clean in a while. A couple of positive aspects are that the staff were friendly and that the hotel is in a good location near the waterpark. Overall, I would not recommend.

The building and rooms were lovely and clean and the hope layout is good and has great potential. The staff were a little disorganised, there was no restaurant, room service or even breakfast. All of above not a problem except hotel was on a residential street without easy access to a restaurant - there was one coffee shop within walking distance but very limited.
