"Fantastic location and a clean room with loads of space. Only downside for one of us was how soft the bed was. Just a bit too soft for the one with the bad back. The bar was cool."

"Quest is literally across from a shopping centre so the food court is less than 100 meters away. Lots of restaurants and cafes are a close walk away, it's very centrally located. "

"Would stay again just for the complimentary mini bar, what a game-changer! Staff were incredible - shout out to Daryl in reception. He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. Definitely a step-up from other hotels The room itself was good, dark and moody, maybe needed a few cushions on the couch. Not much of a view, though it could be cos I requested a quiet room Was looking forward to room service, but not keen on the takeaway containers and paper bags, would've love actual dinnerware and/or cutlery but that's just me There's a heated pool and sauna, which was quite utilised by other guests during our stay, sadly we skipped out Great location - literally in front of the tram stop and a short walk to cafes/restaurants Overall, great experience and will definitely be back for future stay-cations!"
