「THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE BATHROOM TOO. FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING FROM 7AM TO 10AM. GREAT LOCATION IN VAIL VILLAGE, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF BARS,CAFES, RESTAURANTS, AND SHOPPING. LOTS OF SKI RENTAL PLACES, AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SKI LIFT. ALSO HAS A BUS THAT GOES TO LIONSHEAD VILLAGE FOR FREE.」

「酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。」

「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels.」

「Amazing staff, Great Value! We arrived late, but communicated with staff for the check in process after hours. The room was great and matched the pictures. Clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and took time to answer our questions. They had a FREE bus to the Gondola that was timely and on time. Even a Grocery shopping run! On check out, the staff let us still use the shuttle and leave our car parked! Saving us from the astronomical Vail parking fees. I highly recommend...
