I love Radisson hotels and usually have a great experience. Upon arrival we had no hot water, it had been out for 3 days apparently. The road noise is loud in the rooms. Overall great hotel but the hot water was an issue and we didn't receive anything back from the hotel.

Door is not proffer working. Sometime more than 20 times try to open it.
Sofa is bad spot condition
Shampoo was not refilled and half used shampoo was wasted and not replaced. So, used soap for washing hair

Very unprofessional staffs. Only focusing on outer looks and zero cooperation doesn’t make a property 5 star for too long. Front desk staffs are all inefficient. Electricity kept on tripping in every 10-15 min, twin bed provided instead of king bed, etc etc….Overall the amount we have paid has gone to vein. Never will I stay in Raddison Blu again. Highly DISAPPOINTED !!!

The staff were very courteous. As an American staying in Gorakhpur, the hotel was exactly as I would hope it would be. The breakfast is amazing and the room service dining was also excellent. I appreciated having access to a driver for airport shuttle and one other trip we needed. Will stay again when we return in 2 months.

The stay was overall good. Room was comfy and fine. But the inroom dining service was not good at all. They were very slow, dont respond to calls and we need to wait for long time to get anything delivered to our room. Their access cards also dont works in lifts. Many times we need to go to the reception to get them work again. And we saw many guests facing the same issue.
