「Parking was fine」

「The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was very disappointing. It appeared that the only thing done before my arrival was making the bed. The room was not properly cleaned at all. The bedding was dirty, the counters had not been wiped down, the toilet had urine on it, and even the towels in the bathroom were dirty. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I had to deep clean the room myself just to feel...

「Very comfortable in a beautiful setting. Only spent one night. Everything was provided. I know it is designed to be a real getaway from everyday routines but I do wish there had been a real mirror. There is plenty of room to add one. The small 5 x7 mirror was pretty useless. And a couple more hooks for hanging things. Minor complaints but just in case they are looking for suggestions!」

「The room was not clean, poor ac output. Unable to park in front of room. Although advertised by Expedia, no breakfast available , only coffee served. Staff put me in an adjacent motel room in a Radisson Inn, reportedly remodeled. Hotel is older, no carpet as dogs welcome at $30.00/ night. Days Inn bed not comfortable. The room was non refundable.
