I wanted to share my experience so that others know what they are getting for whatever price is advertised for your stay. The good: I asked if they could accommodate an early check in at 2 pm vs 4 pm and they agreed to do this. Also, the property is clean and is in a nice quiet and peaceful area. 「This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There was a magot on the air-conditioning unit, there were stains on the door jam to the bathroom that were questionable. There was hair all over the floor and shower in the bathroom. The bedspread had several stains on it. In fact we were in the room for an hour before we decided to just leave it was that bad. I would not recommend staying there to anyone.」
