I also want to give special recognition to one of the housekeepers, an older Hispanic lady whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. She was incredibly kind, personable, and thorough—she made my stay feel comfortable and cared for. The combination of great service and the effort the hotel puts into making guests feel valued really stood out to me. Thanks!"

It is also conveniently close to a big shopping center, which is literally a block away. It’s nice that it’s close to that to have other options to eat and to shop."

"Property was very clean, staff were professionals, rooms were very clean. About 45-60 mins from Carmel and point lobos. Is a newer built hotel maybe ten years old. Much bwtter condition than any of the other hotels in this city. Has a gym, pool, and hottub! Free holiday style breakfast. They actually had a very nice coffee machine that grinded the beans for each cup of coffee. Not the generic drip coffee! "
