「Very Nice stay」

「everything in this hotel is fashing and excellent, accomodation,service,especially foods in restaurant.Commonly,it is really nice hotel.」

「It is one of the better hotels in the city, however it can be quite expensive. As a Taj property it does offer the excellent hospitality that you get at any Taj. However as a hotel, it is a little underwhelming. Compared to other Taj hotels the decor is almost non existent in rooms so when you immediately walk into the room it does feel a little cheap. However the bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu for you to get exactly what you need for a good nights sleep.」

「There are lot of improvement that can come , quality of towels very poor, more training session need to be imparted to the housekeeping to keep an eye as to what is needed , they should definitely look into the mosquitos in the lobby. Front Desk Staff is good and eager to help you. Breakfast spread was good and staff very humble. 」

「Stayed here recently for two nights while the Cricket was on. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, the hotel is modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel had a driver that did our Airport transfers which was arranged previously without any issues. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant that is very good and there is all you could want at breakfast time. Would recommend if you are staying in Lucknow. 」

「What they advertise is NOT what you get. The rooms are dated....1980s Front desk staff Manish is horrible. I only stayed for one night as I though it was close to the airport. Its a good 40 min ride. Complimentary shuttle is a joke. I requested it and got a run around story. Ending up paying my own fare to the hotel and on my return the taxi driver took 200 IND from me. (Toll fees) as he calls it, even though we passed through none. Im sorry but my time and experience was awful. 」
