Clean, accomodative and reasonable place!

During my multiple travels to Lucknow City, this place has been a go-to for me. My solo stay tends to be long and it meets my budget. Very clean and friendly staff and hotel provides most of the services needed by a traveller in a reasonable way. Wish rooms were slightly bigger as it cannot accomodate two people in a room. Work desk could be bigger too. I will definitely continue to stay here. Shout out to its cleaning staff!!

This hotel is located next to a busy market street with full of roadside noises all night long. Rooms were unkept, after checking 3 more rooms we settled for one as we needed to spend a night only. Front office staff was inexperienced and didn’t collect all the documents even we handed over to them. Food choices are limited and buffet was served in broken and cracked pots. Sorry to Taj group name associated with it but we will never visit another ginger hotel anywhere else.

We booked for 2 nights. But was not able to stay even for a day , room' was to small never seen such hotel with so small rooms. And price was of four star hotel. I booked this hotel just trusting the Expedia listing. Also asked for refund for for the Day i didn't stay but still waiting for reply. I travel all over the world but never had such experience. Think before you book

Nice property.

Arrived at 9 pm . Received a warm welcome and were offered a Cappuccino as welcome drink. Rooms are cosy but too small . Food is good and rest is good.

amazing stay

It was nice. however, the queen sized bed may shrink your expectation w.r.t. if you stay with family. Nice atmosphere, pleasant interior, amazing bathrooms are the key attraction if you are cleanness friendly.
