「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think...

Although cleaning could only be arranged if you stay more than 6 nights, trash was cleared every day. And the cleaning provided for staying over 6 nights was great too.
