「员工服务态度好，解释工作好，细致。房间舒适，但有些老旧了，洗手池的下说馆不顺畅，有抽气声音，还很响。早餐比较丰盛，卫生不错。但电梯只有一部运行，客人多的时候，很慢，希望下次住的时候，能有两部都运行。」

「Very near to the Metz station. Only draw back is no kettle in the room, which is a little bit inconvenient during winter. Staff were very nice and welcoming. 」

「Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das ganze Haus und die Zimmer sauber. Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein, aber es ist ausreichend. Manche Zimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man sich wünscht und wurde bei Bedarf sofort aufgefüllt. Es war mein zweiter Besuch im Hotel und bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Saarlouis werde ich es wieder buchen. 」
