「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」

「I stayed at the Jaxon for one night before departing on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located between PBI Airport and Port of Palm Beach where the cruise departed. The room is very nice with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, and kitchen sink. The bathroom was clean and stocked with luxurious soaps and lotions. 「This property was amazing. The view from our room was truly awesome. Was right on the beach. I will definitely be coming back here for my next staycation. The suite was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. Parking was very easy and valet always had my vehicle ready to go when I would go out for the day. Price was amazing. All in all great place.」
