「Room equipped with lots of mirrors, giving a shady and dirty vibe. Nasty odor in the room. Airconditioning barely working, 25 degrees in the room, way to hot. These are not standard hotel rooms, they look like rooms per hour. If you know what I mean... Room was clean though, amenities quite sparse No shower gel canister attached to the wall, used toilet roll and no reserve ones. Small shower supply amenity kit, enough towels. Adverts states there is a bar, but there's none, only breakfast....

「We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We couldn't recommend it enough. 5* Thanks for looking after us (Mark and Lottie Dougill & Chris and Sarah Platt). See you next time. Ciao」
