However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. "An incredibly beautiful hotel overlooking the Sapa mountains but close to the town centre meaning dinner and bars are within walking distance - we got an incredible deal on an Executive Suite which meant we had a huge balcony and beautiful uninterrupted views. The hotel is clean with fantastic facilities, staff could not do more for us including booking an ethnic village tour and allowing us to use their spa facilities for no charge ahead of our sleeper bus upon our departure. Highly recommend!"
